Valle Design Co. provides graphic design services, including branding, digital and print design, and products such as recipe cards and travel-inspired prints. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Use of Our Website

  • Our website and its content are for personal or professional use only. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or misuse of any materials is prohibited.

  • Valle Design Co. reserves the right to restrict access to the website or services at its discretion.

3. Licensing

Valle Design Co. ensures that all assets used in client projects—including but not limited to photos, illustrations, fonts, and templates—are legally licensed and documented. Documentation of licensing can be provided upon request, and mockups used are sourced from platforms such as Adobe Stock, PIXEDEN, and Mockups-design.com.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients must notify Valle Design Co. of any specific licensing requirements or restrictions prior to project commencement.

  • Valle Design Co. is not responsible for legal or financial implications arising from omitted information regarding licensing needs.

Client-Provided Materials:

  • The client guarantees that any materials provided to Valle Design Co. for use in a project (e.g., logos, images, text) are owned by the client or are legally licensed for use.

  • Valle Design Co. is not liable for copyright or intellectual property infringements resulting from the use of client-provided materials.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure services.

  • Due to the custom nature of design work, refunds are not typically offered. However, we aim to address concerns and work toward solutions that satisfy both parties.

5. Project Scope and Revisions

  • Project details, deliverables, and timelines will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Any changes to the scope may result in additional fees.

  • Valle Design Co. includes three rounds of revisions per project. Additional revisions are available for an agreed-upon fee.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Designs created by Valle Design Co. remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted a license to use the design as agreed in the project terms.

  • Reselling, modifying, or redistributing our work without explicit permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Valle Design Co. is not responsible for:

  • Errors in printing or production after client approval of final design files.

  • Delays or issues caused by third-party providers, such as printers or web hosts.

8. Termination of Services

Valle Design Co. reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if professional boundaries or values are violated.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Please check this page for updates, as continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
